Meet the Team
Nicole Boon, RP (Q)
Clinical DirectorHi, I’m Nicole (she/her).
I feel truly privileged to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with your own strength and resilience. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—one where emotional awareness and deeper understanding create space for meaningful and lasting change.
My clinical approach is grounded in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory, guided by trauma-sensitive and client-centered principles. Together, we’ll gently explore difficult emotions and patterns, building self-compassion, resilience, and more authentic connections—with yourself and with others.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly ten years in education. That experience deepened my respect for the courage it takes to face stress, burnout, and major life transitions, and it continues to inform my compassionate, grounded approach.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-worth, and significant life changes. I also support couples in identifying and shifting the patterns that leave them feeling stuck, helping them build healthier, more secure connections. I tailor evidence-based approaches to your unique needs and pace, offering a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can show up fully as yourself.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready to rediscover your authentic self, I’m here to support your growth and healing.
Outside of my work, I enjoy pottery, reading, cooking, and hiking with my dog—practices that help me stay grounded, creative, and inspired.
