About Me

Welcome — I’m Nicole (she/her), and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I feel honoured to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with your strength and resilience. My work is grounded in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory, guided by trauma-sensitive and client-centered principles. I see therapy as a collaborative, compassionate process — a safe place to feel, to gently explore what’s been weighing on you, and to begin moving forward.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University and bring nearly a decade of experience in education as a teacher, which deepened my respect for those facing stress, burnout, and life transitions. I support adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and low self-worth. My intention is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can build self-compassion, strengthen resilience, and create more authentic connections — a safe place to feel and move forward.

Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes)

We’ll meet individually to focus on your mental health concerns, emotional difficulties, or behavior patterns. Our sessions will be private and cooperative, giving you a secure and supportive space to talk through your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. The goal of individual counseling is to build healthy coping tools, strengthen decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and support your overall personal growth and wellness.

Couples Therapy Session (50 minutes)

Couples and family therapy is a joint counseling process where partners or family members participate together to better understand their interactions, communication styles, and sources of tension. Through guided discussion and structured support, the focus is on strengthening the relationship by improving communication, working through disagreements, restoring trust, and deepening emotional connection.
